Apex Games
These terms and conditions are established to ensure that all participants in the Apex Games Competition Event agree to and comply with the associated rules and regulations. By signing, you acknowledge your understanding and acceptance of these terms, which govern your participation in the event. Please review them thoroughly as they outline your rights and responsibilities.
- TICKET PURCHASE
1.1 Ticket Purchase : The Purchaser agrees to purchase and the Seller agrees to sell a ticket for the Event. 1.2 Price : The price of the ticket shall be as stated on the Seller's website or other official communication Channels. 1.3 Payment : The Purchaser shall pay the full price of the ticket upon purchase.
- Race Categories:
2.1 Elite Categories - Solo (Individual) and Doubles (Team of 2):
The solo and double race will consist of different blocks of exercises to complete with running in between; all to be completed in a set time frame.
2.2 Open Categories - Solo (Individual), Doubles (Team of 2), and Teams (Group of 3):
All Open races will consist of different blocks of exercises to complete with running in between; all to be completed in a set time frame.
2.3 The exact distance and number of exercises within each race category may vary due to event specific conditions or adjustments made by the event organizers for safety or logistical reasons.
- TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
3.1 Voluntary Participation : The Purchaser acknowledges that participation in the Event is voluntary.
3.2 Assumption of Risk : The Purchaser acknowledges and accepts the risks associated with participating in the Event, including but not limited to physical injury, permanent disability, or death.
3.3 Minors : Minors may not participate in the Event. The Event is only for participants 16 years of age and older.
- ADMISSION
4.1 Entry: Entry to the Event is subject to the presentation of a valid ticket. The Seller reserves the right to refuse admission or reject any person whose conduct is deemed disorderly or who fails to comply with the Event rules.
4.2 Assignment : After completing your registration following your purchase, you must assign your tickets to the participants by providing their details.
4.3 Check In : Participants must complete the check-in process by logging into their account to gain entry to the event.
- REFUNDS AND TRANSFERS
5.1 Refunds : The Seller does not issue refunds, regardless of the circumstance, nor does it issue partial refunds, as per company policy. Refunds can be reviewed on a case-by-case basis depending on the reason for issuing a refund.
5.2 Non-Refundable Fees: The Event fee and associated costs (including optional product purchases, spectator tickets, and donations) are non-refundable, including in circumstances where the Purchaser is unable to attend due to illness, injury, or scheduling conflict, unless: 1. The Seller cancels or materially delays or alters the Event;

- The Seller makes a significant change to the venue;
- The Seller changes the date of the Event so that the Purchaser is no longer able to attend.
5.3 Alternative Options : In circumstances (1), (2), or (3) above, the Seller may either:

- Offer the Purchaser the right to attend a different Event at no additional charge; or
- Issue a refund of the Event fee only (processing fees not refunded) at the Seller’s sole discretion acting reasonably. If the Purchaser agrees for the participant to attend a different event offered by the Seller, no refund shall be issued. If the Purchaser does not agree to the alternative, a refund shall be issued.
5.4 Transfers : The Purchaser may transfer their ticket to another event, start wave (if availability allows), or a person if unable to attend the registered Event. A charge of 15 AED applies to each transfer.
5.5 Deductions on Refunds: In the event that a refund is approved, the Purchaser acknowledges that there will be deductions (processing fees) from the refund amount. The Purchaser will receive the refund after these deductions have been made.
- EMERGENCY DELAY OR CANCELLATION
6.1 Right to Delay or Cancel : The Purchaser acknowledges that the Seller, at its sole discretion, may delay, modify, or cancel the Event if conditions or natural or man-made emergencies make administering on holding the Event unreasonably difficult or unsafe. 6.2 Definition of Emergency : “Emergency” is defined as any event beyond the control of the Seller, including but not limited to high wind, extreme rain, hurricane, tornado, earthquake, flood, terrorism, fire, threatened or actual strike, labor difficulty, insurrection, war, public disaster, and/or unavoidable casualty.
- IMAGE RELEASE
7.1 Permission to Record : The Purchaser grants permission to the Seller to film, videotape, and record their participation in the event and to use such recordings in any format or media without compensation.
- DATA COLLECTION AND PRIVACY
By participating in the event, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data by CAB Sports for marketing and business purposes. This includes using your data in various forms for promotional activities. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and acknowledge that you will not hold CAB Sports liable for any use of your data as outlined. Your consent to these terms is given freely and voluntarily, and you agree not to pursue any legal action related to the use of your data.

- MEDICAL CONDITION AND INTOXICATION
9.1 Representation of Condition: The Purchaser represents that they do not have any medical or physical condition that could interfere with their safety or health while participating in the Event.
9.2 Intoxication: The Purchaser agrees not to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs during the Event.
9.3 Emergency Medical Care: The Purchaser authorizes emergency medical care if necessary and assumes all associated costs.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
10.1 No Liability for Acts of Nature: The Seller is not liable for any loss or damage caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of nature, power outages, or technical malfunctions.
10.2 Personal Injury: The Seller is not responsible for any personal injury, illness, or property damage arising from attendance at the Event. 10.3 Indirect Damages: The Seller is not liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, even if the Seller has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- GOVERNING LAW Jurisdiction : Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE
- SEVERABILITY :In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
- DISQUALIFICATION :A disqualification is a penalty appropriate for severe rule violations, such as but not limited to, interference with other athletes, dangerous or unsportsmanlike conduct, failure to assist an athlete in distress, novel interpretation of the rules which results in an unfair advantage, or intentionally bypassing Challenges.
- ENTIRE AGREEMENT OF TERMS & CONDITIONS : This Agreement of Terms and Conditions constitutes the entire agreement of participation between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
General Rules and Guidelines
Within the Hybrid Fitness Competition and related sports there is zero tolerance for discrimination and harassment irrespective of gender, ethnic background, religious faith, sexual orientation and disability. It is necessary to develop tolerance and understanding and to establish recognition of people's equality in order to avoid discrimination, harassment and bullying. Everyone within the Apex Games Event should establish secure settings and a secure atmosphere for children, youth and adults in all sport related areas, training, competition, pre- and post-, social, professional and family settings. Adults must respect the athlete's personal space and never overstep the limits for acceptable behavior.
The following guidelines apply within Apex Games Hybrid Fitness Competition:
- Treat everyone with respect, and refrain from all forms of communication, action or behavior that may be perceived as offensive. 2. Avoid body contact that may be perceived as unwanted. 3. Avoid all types of verbal intimacy that may be perceived as sexually charged. 4. Avoid expressions, jokes and opinions that relate to the athlete's gender or sexual orientation in a negative way. 5. Show respect for the athletes, coaches and leader's private life. 6. Avoid dual relationships. If a reciprocal relationship is established, the situation should be raised and clarified openly in the milieu. 7. Practice good sportsmanship at all times. 8. Adhere to the intent of a rule when the exact wording of the rule may be interpreted in various ways. 9. Be responsible for their own safety and the safety of others. 10. Know, understand, and follow The Rules, available on www.apexgames.fit 11. Obey instructions from race officials, marshals and zone leaders. 12. Treat other athletes, officials, volunteers, media, sponsors and spectators with respect and courtesy. 13. Not use abusive, derogatory, or inflammatory language. 14. Inform Apex Games Representatives immediately if you are feeling not good or in condition of not continuing the race. 15. No disposal of litter or equipment around the course except at clearly identified places. All items must be kept with the athlete and disposed of appropriately at the end of the race. 16. Not attempt to gain unfair advantage in any way. 17. Failure to comply with The Rules may result in an athlete being verbally warned, subject to an athletic penalty, disqualified, suspended, or expelled.
General Rules for Equipment conduct
The Participants shall:
- Use the equipment designed for its intended purpose in a manner prescribed by the race organizer.
- Not intentionally impede the progress of another participant.
- Not move in a manner that may cause harm to themselves or other participants.
- Not intentionally interfere with other participants.
- Not purposefully display nudity or other indecent exposure.
- Completion of all exercises is mandatory.
- Maintain forward progress on all blocks/exercises.
- Complete all blocks/exercises.
