Apex Games is a hybrid fitness race combining running and functional strength in a high-energy arena environment. The structured course tests complete fitness — endurance, strength, and the ability to perform under fatigue — with every athlete completing the same format for fair and measurable competition.
The race is built around multiple run segments and exercise blocks, each with three functional exercises, creating a balanced challenge that keeps athletes moving between running and workouts throughout the entire race.
