Apex Games Refund and Ticket Transfer Options

Refunds:

Once you have bought your ticket for the Apex Games - this is final.  We do not issue full or partial refunds. This is because we plan our events well in advance and make decisions based on the number of people coming to ensure the full successful delivery of the best event for you. There is the opportunity to transfer your ticket if needed - see below.

We do take into consideration special requests around medical and/or travel emergencies. These refunds will require proof and will be determined on a case by case basis according to company policy. If the refund is approved the ticket holder will only receive the refund for their ticket price minus an admin fee. Please contact support@cab-sports.com with your refund request.   

If you would like to request a refund due to a medical or travel emergency you will need to make that request well in advance of the event day. Refund cutoff is 2 weeks before an event. Apex Games will not issue any type of refund after this time frame. After this 2 week cut off - you will be able to use the ticket transfer option. 

 

Ticket Transfer:

Apex Games will allow 1 free ticket transfer to another person who will attend the same event that you purchased your ticket for. Any additional transfers will incur a transfer fee of 15 AED + admin fee. In order to do the free ticket transfer please email support@trumin.com or support@cab-sports.com.

Apex Games will allow a transfer of ticket to another event for a fee of 15 AED + admin fee. Tickets that are transferred to a different event can not be re-transferred. In order to do the ticket transfer to another event please contact support@cab-sports.com.
