What has happened?

Joint Statement from APEX Games and Sharjah Sports Council

We regret to confirm that APEX Games Sharjah, scheduled for 12–13 September at Expo Centre Sharjah, will not be able to take place due to unforeseen circumstances. The Sharjah event will be rescheduled for the new season.

What this means for you

Your Sharjah entry has already been automatically transferred to APEX Games Abu Dhabi on 14–15 November, so you don’t need to do anything.

You don’t need to do anything.

If Abu Dhabi doesn’t work for you, you won’t lose your entry. You can move it to any future APEX Games event, either later this season or next season.

50%

50% Voucher

And as an additional thank you for your understanding, every registered Sharjah athlete will receive a 50% voucher for a further APEX Games entry, which can be used against any future APEX event. We’ll send details of your voucher shortly.

What happens to my entry?

Nothing is required from the athlete. Every Sharjah entry is automatically transferred to APEX Games Abu Dhabi, 14–15 November.

Your existing entry remains valid and will be transferred to the exact same format and category.

All categories will be structured and scheduled on the same basis as Sharjah — just new time and location.
