How does team workload work?

Doubles - each team member must complete all the run blocks, whilst all the fitness blocks can be allocated in any form to the 2 x athletes.  For the team's event, all athletes must run the full run  blocks, but in each fitness section, each athlete takes one of the 3 fitness stations to complete on their own.  Once all 3 are completed, the team can move onto the next run block.

For Doubles regardless of the gender mix, the weighted exercises will be undertaken using the males assigned weights.

For Teams the workload is divided by gender. The male team member(s) use men’s Open weights and the female team member(s) use female Open weights.
