APEX 12 is a new elite race series for Pro Solo and Pro Doubles athletes*, with qualification taking place across APEX Games Season 2 and culminating at the APEX Championship Final in late May / early June 2027.
* APEX 12 is only for the Pro category. Pro Masters categories are not included.

APEX 12 is a new elite competition series within APEX Games Season 2, built for athletes chasing the very top of the field.
Athletes compete throughout Season 2 to qualify for one of the dedicated APEX 12 Finals, held at the end-of-season APEX Championship Final.

How Qualification Works
Automatic
Qualification
The winner of the relevant Pro race at each APEX Games Season 2 event receives an automatic qualification place. This includes the relevant Pro race held at the APEX Championship event.
Fastest Results
Five additional places are awarded to the fastest other eligible Season 2 results.
Wildcards
Three places are selected by APEX.
Qualification Rules
A Solo or Doubles can qualify only once.
If an already-qualified Solo or Doubles wins another automatic qualification race, that additional qualification place moves into the fastest-times allocation.
Only results achieved during APEX Games Season 2 count toward APEX 12 qualification.
Results from the previous APEX Dubai event before Season 2 do not count.
APEX 12 is for athletes aged 16+.
There is no Apex 12 Masters Category
The APEX Championship Final
The APEX 12 Finals will take place as dedicated elite races at the APEX Championship Final in late May / early June 2027. Qualifying for APEX 12 does not prevent an athlete from also competing in the standard Pro Championship race.
